Bloatware

I was at a Tmobile store last looking at the V10. I like the phone but I don't think I can go back to a phone with apps that I don't use. Is there a way to unistall those or do a different ROM?
I'm using Oneplus One for almost 2 years now.

A lot of devices nowadays have the ability to disable (Settings -> Apps -> select app -> Disable) these "bonus" apps.

This doesn't remove them, of course, but is a nice compromise.

Actually removing them would require rooting your device (a whole 'nother ball of wax ).
