Are there any methods to block the camera? I will like to write an application to block the camera when the phone enters a premise. Example when the user enters a room whereby he/she cannot take any pictures of the exhibit.
Short answer, no. At least, you couldn't do it without the phone-owner's consent, and they would have to download an app and install it on their phone. It's not possible to do it remotely
