Block Unknown Callers

[Android Question]

I am trying to block unknown calls (telemarketers) from being able to connect their call. AT&T keeps telling me I have those settings on my phone but I can't find them for the life of me. I have a Motorola Atrix HD running on 4.1.1

Please help, I'm getting a call every two hours.... Annoying when you keep your phone near you at work in case of emergencies, and each time it rings, it's not an emergency!
