Is there a way to remove the blockbuster app from he EVO. I am trying to stop the battery drain.

If the Blockbuster was installed on the phone when purchased new the only way to remove it is to root the phone and delete or freeze it using an app like Titanium Backup. If the Blockbuster app was installed by you then go to App Drawer -> Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications. Click on Blockbuster in the list and then click Uninstall.
