Help Blocked from Koler. A virus

Hello. I got a serious problem on my Lenovo IdeaTab A1000. Virus blocked everything and I don't have access. The tipps against this are to delete the program that installed itself in safe mode or do a hard reset. But they also write that lately not even that might function, which is the case by me now. I do the hard reset and it looks as if it's being performed, but after the restart my own screen pops up instantly followed by this annoying police site which is accusing me to be a criminal and wants money to unlock.

Is there a way to reset with a file that comes from outside as the other options besides factory reset offer, and if yes, how? The tablet is not rooted.

Hi Amoco. Thanks for the link. Do you think I'll have enough access to perform this? I can't even do anything in safe mode, not even factory reset helps. I read that the virus signed in as device administrator. I can't even access settings to change that.

I wonder if I could connect the tablet to my pc to see anything that could be erased, but I fear this virus could infect my pc. And by the way I don't even know what to look for.

Even worse, I'm completely inexperienced with what, ou proposed. OMG.
 
I would try it because as of now you can't even in the OS,It's worth a shot.Try the one at xda first and just follow instructions word for word.
 
No. I can't access there. I just tried to turn off wifi with the app drawer button. More I can't do, not even in safe mode.

I'm having a hard time getting the files. The links don't work on my pc as described. Maybe I'm just doing sth wrong?
