Help Blocking Mode

Where is blocking mode on the Verizon version? Do other carriers have it??

Sprint's Galaxy Note 2 has blocking mode, I have it on mine not sure about other carriers, did you find the feature?

I don't see it in the setting menu as a primary title on my version....wonder if it's either hidden somewhere or Verizon ripped us of that feature as well.

Already well documented here that Verizon did not include that feature among other things.
