Help blocklist not blocking?

so recently I've gotten another mass influx of calls from the same number (again) and after adding them to my phones block list.

whenever i receive a call from them, my phone treats it as a normal call instead of one ring and hanging up is their a way to fix this?

I have been using Calls Blacklist Pro for over a year now and very happy with it. Add a number to the list and never hear from that number again.

I had to add a fake charity esc business to my blacklist and when they call my phone will go off 3 times before it plays the disconnect sound

I thought blacklisted numbers automatically go through to voicemail

I don't receive any indication that someone on the black list has called. I keep notifications turned off. Phone doesn't ring,No missed call, voicemail or anything.
