Blood pressure monitor

The s4 comes with a load of cool sensors and on one of the screenshots of s health, I saw blood pressure mentioned. I'd be interested to know how this is measured and what accessory I'll need - s band or heart rate monitor?

I can't speak for the S4 yet as mine has not arrived but I have an iPhone 5 and there is an app that checks your heart rate and it uses your finger and the camera somehow.
