Blue lines show battery activity. It's normal. In the photo it appears that since you charged your phone you have had wi-fi active for about an hour and fifteen minutes, phone has been awake on and off many times, your screen has been on and off many times, longest session on was for about 15 minutes about an hour after you disconnected the charger, and you haven't charged it since you unhooked it from the charger.

anyway to fix it?

Don't look at it. Don't freak out about it?
