Where can I find a Bluetooth speaker with latency so low, You do not notice out of sync lip movement.

What hardware are you using to watch the video.... Some phones will stutter when trying to do a lot of processing and streaming to Bluetooth devices

I am trying to watch a samsung tv
Many of the new tv's do not have audio output connectors nor hdmi output. There are connectors but they are inputs. So I tried Bluetooth speakers. They are OK for listening to music but syncing lips,no. I asked around on the net any I am told that there are no bluetooth speakers that will give latency so low you cannot tell the difference. I kind of disbelieve that but I cannot find any.
