Help blue tooth

Is it possible to listen to apps over the bluetooth? I have MLB at bat 12 and would like to use my blue tooth earpiece to listen to it. Thanks
 
Yep but it might be app dependent. My car bluetooth will play nav direcions and voice prompts etc over bluetooth.
