Bluescreen pop-up after call

I am experiencing issue.
After ending call I get a blue screen call ID pop-up. I searched through apps installed on device any of them doesn't have this type of feature.
Even I don't have Installed any caller ID showing app. This is very irritating as it pops up after each and every call.
Under its privacy policy they have mentioned mail id 'whosthat.dialer@gmail.com'
Even I cannot take screenshots... It shows screenshots are not allowed by app.
I don't know what to do. Please help

You may need to do a factory reset.
Check device administrator privileges to make sure nothing looks wrong

I checked device administrator... And nothing looks wrong.
Should I go for hard reset?

If you have photos, documents and such backup everything first, as you'll lose them all.
Make sure you factory reset which wipes all data.
