Very likely an issue with the game running on Bluestacks. Could try contacting the relevant developers about it, either Bluestacks or Supercell(the publishers of CoC). But Supercell might turn around and say "Sorry, we only support our game running on real Android devices, i.e. phones and tablets, and not emulators on PCs." Have you got the latest versions of Bluestacks and CoC?

BTW anyone reading this who doesn't know, "CoC" is Clash of Clans
