Bluetooth and issues with Disgo 6000 tablet

Okay I have downloaded the "com.android.vending apk" from
Hotfile.com: One click file hosting: com.android.vending.apk

and when I try to install it I get
"Parse Error"(There is a problem parsing the package)

I have also installed the android market apk which is also linked in the
same thread. This installs no problem but as it is now "Google play store"
It is useless. Ithought by installing the old version it might upgrade it's
self, or be able to upgrade to the "google play store".

Looks like this line of thinking was a mistake!
