Help Bluetooth and WiFi problems

Hey, got a new bose Bluetooth ear buds set for Christmas and I've found that it causes my WiFi to lose connection after a very short time. Wondering if anyone had heard of it. I have a note 3 on android 5.1 (I think) never rooted. Was reading another post about note 3s back in android 4 something I think having an issue but was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. BTW they work great on my wife's s7 edge

Possibly interference between the two. Try changing the WiFi channel.

Sorry, not totally tech savy. Do you mean on the phone or the WiFi router? The router at home I could probably figure out but I don't think the gym is going to be possible. But the thing is it works fine at both places with my wife's phone as is.
