bluetooth authorization request

Since I upgraded to ICS 4.0.3 on my Samsung Galaxy S2 I'm having a very annoyant issue with the bluetooth transfer - every time I have to accept the bluetooth authorization request on my phone when I'm sending new files from my pc to the phone.

In the previous version 2.3.3 I was able to send my files without having my phone with me (it was laying somewhere in the house).

Does someone have an idea what I can do to get this back working like before ? Any help and ideas are welcome.

Did you delete the pairing (on both phone & comp) & make a new one?

Yes I did already unpair at both devices - that does not seem to help.
Could someone try to reproduce this malfunctioning - Unfortunately I'm almost sure it is related to the version 4.0.3
