Help Bluetooth contact sync

I don't see a thread in a search that helps me out in my situation. Broke the screen badly on my MAXX and got a replacement. Synced my contacts with Verizon Backup and Gmail AND a contact exchange app backup (which did nothing). When I downloaded back into new phone, missing a bunch of contacts. Old ones from a few phones ago. Yes, the Mini SD is in the new phone too. So I have already changed to the new phone and SIM card and want to bluetooth link the the 2 MAXX phones to exchange contacts. They will not pair. Says "make sure the other device says 190456 to pair" so it's asking for a random pairing code/pin and the other phone doesn't have anything popping up to allow for a passcode to be entered. All I want is my contacts out, period! Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks!
