I've got a really annoying problem with my ZTE blade.
I'm running a modaco Android 2.3 ROM and in my car I connect it via bluetooth to my Nissan Connect system in my Nissan Qashqai.
The phone pairs fine with the Nissan Connect system and can I can use the phone book etc. However everytime the screen turns off on my phone it drops the bluetooth connection. Bluetooth on the phone remains on and is set to be discoverable, however when the screen turns off the connection is dropped.
If I turn on the screen and enter my PIN then the bluetooth automatically re-connects.
Does anyone know a setting that I can use to always keep a bluetooth connection active even if the screen switches off...or does anyone know of an app that does something that would help.
Im a software engineer by trade so considering knocking up an app myself that would do something, but I've not looked at the Android API's and don't know if there is some sort of service I can set to run that keeps the bluetooth connection active....
Any tips or advice much appreciated...do other peoples bluetooth behave the same?
