Help Bluetooth driver won't download?

I recently bought a Bluetooth mini keyboard for my entourage pocket edge. It says paired but not connected." I've read other posts which say things about "rooting," and "firmware," but I have an additional problem. I can't even download th driver my keyboard came with. When proceeding to download the driver, the instructions were to verify an internet connection. My wifi was connected strongly but the driver refuses to download / activate. Any ideas what I'm doing wong?

It is probably trying to download the drives from the Entourage site, which is now closed. I too hate to send you somewhere else, but try here for the best information on the eDGe.
