Help Bluetooth file transfer doesn't work

Hi all!

I'm having problems with my phone's bluetooth. Pairing is successful, but sending any sized file fails instantly. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it, but the first time i tried it, it was successful - at least partially. I was half way through sending a 250MB file to the phone when it got interrupted (can't remember how, i might have accidentally disabled bt part way through). Since then, all attempts fail sending to, and from phone.

Anybody managed to fix this type of issue? There seem to be a few of these threads in the forums.
Any help will be greatly appreciated,

Have you tried taking off the profile of the phone and computer from each other and pairing it again?

Many times. Doesn't help at all. I might try reinstalling android. Could somebody link me to instructions on how to do this please? (official one, not rooting or anything)

Managed to fix by doing factory reset.

I'm having the same problem. It worked under 2.1. Now I only have phone headset and audio profiles showing up on android. I'm not willing to do a factory reset. I guess I'll just have to live with the bug.
