Help Bluetooth Handsfree phone call problems!!

I have 3 different Bluetooth speakerphones a Jabra, Motorola, and Eclipse stereo. I am having problems with all three and this is my second phone. Here is the issue, with the Jabra and Motorola I must initiate the phone call from the device for the audio to work correctly (to hear or be heard), if I initiate the call from the phone the audio doesn't work. Streaming audio works fine.

For the Eclipse, same audio problems plus it locks up the phone, remember this is the second phone this has happened with. Is anyone else having problems with Bluetooth phone calls?

The only blu-tooth device I use is the Motorola Roadster when I'm in the car. It works great for me. I also use the My Motospeak app which allows hands free texting and it will read my texts to me when they come in.
