Bluetooth handsfree question

Hi,

I just bought a "supertooth" hands free kit although my question isn't anything to do with supertooth, as far as I know. When I press the phone button on the hands free kit it works fine and opens up the voice commands app..unless the phone is locked with a keypad. Is there any way of getting the phone to disable the keypad only when being woken up by a bluetooth device?

It will be a pain if I have to remember to remove my pattern lock every time I get in the car!

Another question is how can I get a different voice command app to open up when I press the bluetooth button on my hands free kit? Vlingo's latest app works a lot better than the one built into the SGS2 so I'd rather have that open.
