Help Bluetooth in the Car

I came from an Incredible and I have 2 bluetooth devices in my car. First is the bluetooth built into the vehicle for handsfree calling and I also have a Blackberry bluetooth gateway receiver thats plugged into my AUX jack for streaming my music and what not through the car speakers.

My old incredible whenever I activated bluetooth would connect to both devices. However with the Razr it only connects to the car, then I have to dig through the settings to get to the bluetooth settings to click the icon for the gateway to connect. After that its fine until I have to get back in my car.

Anyone know of a way to have the phone automatically connect to both devices rather than just one?

I already looked into that. Does not have any options to connect to any devices. Its only a trigger if bluetooth connects to a specific device.
