Help Bluetooth issue

Recently my Bluetooth connection on my Maxx has been disconnecting and reconnecting my Motorola Sliver Elite Bluetooth for no reason. They do pair up and then it says no media connection. Verizon replaced the Sliver Elite last night and it worked fine. Today, while the Sliver Elite was off, my phone showed it was still connected, paired, and playing music. Checked my connection and nothing else was connected. Any thoughts? Oh yeah, I'm on .215 if it matters but been on it for some time now and this a started yesterday.

Never mind. Tested again and its playing music in off mode so once off work to Verizon I go again. Lol.

When it is connected, and playing/streaming music. What is the quality like, does it play clearly or skip.

Clarity has always been pretty awesome with the Motorola Sliver Elite, regardless of talking on the phone or listening to music. Anytime I've had the skips I go cycle my Wi-Fi off and on and for some reason it works fine again. Minor detail but overall very happy.
