Help Bluetooth issues following factory reset

My phone bricked itself the other day - I ended up doing a factory reset :(

Since then I can't get Bluetooth to work - when I'm trying to "pair" with anything (headset, car, whatever), it never finds any devices when I do a scan...

Any ideas? :confused:
