This morning in the car bluetooth wouldn't connect to my IO Play, it's been working perfectly up to this point with no issues. I tried the usual power off - power on but no luck, now when I tried to turn bluetooth on in the Wireless & networks section the button greys out for a while, then lightens up again but bluetooth isn't turned on. I then tried the battery out, still no change so escalated to a factory reset - still the same 
I then tried flashing the phone with the current Virgin RUU and it fails reporting that the battery level is below 30% which I'm guessing may be at the root of the problem. The battery is fully charged but every time I try to flash the phone it reports less than 30% battery - any suggestions or is it a trip back to the shop?
By the way, the phone is totally stock, not rooted and on factory ROM.
