bluetooth keyboard

I'm looking for a bluetooth keyboard for my SGT 10.1.
I would also like it to hook up to my Motorola Droid Bionic.
Any suggestions? The smaller the better.

I use the Logitech Tablet Keyboard for Android 3.0+ (Amazon.com: Logitech Tablet Keyboard for Android 3.0+ (920-003390): Electronics) on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and it works very well.

Be sure and install the Logitech Keyboard Config App from the Market to get full function key control. Excellent!
