In case someone finds this thread while searching...
I picked up the Logitech Android Tablet Keyboard and it works fairly well. On the other hand, the app for configuring the special keys force closes. But even without the app, the back, menu, and search keys work, as well as calendar and email (which goes to Gmail).
Some issues with control keys in VNC or RDP clients. But for answering emails more quickly etc it seems to work well.
