Bluetooth Moto H-350

I have Motorola H350 which is a few years old.
It is charged, but I turn BT on scan for devices, nothing happens.

Is this headset not compatible with the droid?

Are you initiating the discovery with the headset? As in putting the headset in discovery mode and then letting the Droid search for the headset?
