Bluetooth not connecting after update

Just updated my phone this morning.

Cant use bluetooth.

I have powered down and back up.

I have turned airplane mode on and off thinking that might help but nothing.

I'm dyin' without my headset and home speaker system not able to connect.

Basically I can highlight my bluetooth icon and my list of devices to connect to does not come up at all.

How do I fix and is this from the update I just did?

sometimes after an update, things get a little screwy. a bad download or even a bad install can create issues. i would do a factory reset and most likely the issue will be resolved.

So no BT devices appears at all? Could try a reset, as things might occasionally get messed up after an update. On the other hand it could be a fault has appeared, that would require Samsung service to fix. Is the phone still under warranty?

Ty! Yeah, the device lost doesnt appear at all. It's like a dead link. I will try the factory reset. I have so much to back up. I dont think the phone is under warranty anymore..I got it last year. I'll check it out though. Ty
