bluetooth not working

My phone bluetooth just stopped working i cant transfer data, pics or play music
.
i reformatted the phone it still the same

I know of no way to reformat the phone. I think you meant "reformatted the sd card," which would not help, since the Bluetooth function is a system function residing in internal memory. Try going into Settings > Manage apps, and clear cache and data for anything with "Bluetooth" in the name.

If you continue to have problems, create a new thread with further details of what exactly is not working (e.g., no response, no icon, icon but not seen by other device, seen by other device but can't pair… ).
