Help Bluetooth pair but won't connect to PC?

So I can get my Incredible to pair with my Dell E6410 but it says not connected and I can't figure out why it won't connect

I've tried rebooting both the phone and the laptop and also re-pairing them both to each other

Same here with my Desire and Dell XPS M1330........

I should add that, before pointing me to the PC, I paired with my old Nokia E66 with no issues, and an even older SE before that. Thanks.

I'm having the same issue with my Desire and my Toshiba laptop Tecra M8 with an Asus BT-21 dongle. I have loaded and reloaded the Bluetooth software in the PC. Tried all the tricks on the Desire. The desire finds the PC OK and comes back with the correct Computer Name but only pairs with it and never connects. The dongle/laptop works fine for my Nokia E51 and the Bluetooth dongle works fine with the Desire on my home desktop PC. It's got me miffed.
