Bluetooth paires with car but not with Headphones

Paired with the car with no problem but My Creative WP-350s gets me "No Nearby Bluetooth devices nearby" no matter what I do. Headset works with other Samsung phone (Omnia running windows mobile6) I should mention that I don't have a 10.1. It's the first Note but its' been upgraded last night to Android4.04. Please help!
