Help Bluetooth problem in receiving files

Have you tried transfering different kind of files??

There shouldn't be a need to install an external app for transfering files through bluetooth if you are doing everything correctly.

Check the procedure properly.
If there is no mistake there then go for a factory reset.
Even if that doesn't work, go to the service center.
