Help Bluetooth Problems

I paired my Maxx to my car and it works great for calls. But I can't get my music to stream. It worked fine with my last phone. I keep checking settings and bluetooth is on, discoverable and shows car is paired. In the music settings cache music is checked. What am I missing??

Maybe check your paired devices options. Goto the device in your bluetooth settings and hold down and you should get some options. Might be a simple check of a box

Yeah I checked that. Both phone and media boxes are checked

First pair your Razor Maxx with your vehicle in regard to Bluetooth.

In regard to your vehicle, go to the vehicle's Bluetooth set-up and once there you set-up Bluetooth for both audio and phone. They are separate things! This is two different set-ups where you pick device for audio and a device for phone. For you, you will select your razr for each.

In regard to your Razr Maxx, after you have paired the Razr, when you have Bluetooth turned on, you will see under "Bluetooth Devices" that your phone is listed. Hard press on the device listed there (your vehicle) and then place check marks in the boxes for Phone and Media.

If you do the above you should now have phone and audio connection via Bluetooth.

Thanks! I finally figured that out! LOL! I had phone and media checked but did not remember having to actually set up both!

I have a GM vehicle. It pairs up fine with phone, but there is nothing listed for playing media via bluetooth. I do have media and phone listed when I'm connecting to my PC.
