Help Bluetooth Problems

I have looked through a ton of threads and don't see anything to help with my problem. When I try to turn Bluetooth the check mark box goes gray and nothing happens. I'm rooted and wondered if it had to do with that? I have turned it on and off to reset it and the problem still persists.

Any help would be appreciated.

***I froze an app that should not have been frozen...defrosted and everything is ok*****
 
Yeah, it'll be good to know which app was the problem one so others can avoid that. Glad it is working fine for you again.
 
That app well cause other problems too, I forgot to add it to my post of what I've removed from the spectrum and any problems from it. But I'll add it today
