Hello, I have a SGH-T699 by Samsung and I am running CyanogenMod 10.2.0. T-Mobile is my carrier. I had upgraded to 10.2.1 but after a while my bluetooth was not maintaining its connection, saying "searching" at the bottom (with nothing to look for) and then turns off. I have:
-Reverted to cm 10.2.0 and wiped /system
-wiped data for Bluetooth share and stopped the service
-agreed that resetting my phone is not a viable option no matter my backup strategy
-tried FoxFi and native bluetooth tether with Android one after another on Windows 7 pro 64-bit and all my drivers are correctly installed, so Windows is NOT an issue
-to say it only happens when I attempt to tether does it actually disconnect.
-to say i did this with a Linux computer as well and i think that's why i'm having so much trouble. How do i reset my pairings without resetting my phone? There has to be a way...
