Accessories Bluetooth stereo and voice dial for car

Hey everyone

I have a Droid 2 and want to buy a new car stereo. I would like

to make hands-free calls while driving
to stream music via bluetooth to the stereo
to have an external microphone on the visor so I don't have to shout at the phone.

Any suggestions?

The moto roadster looks good. But since I'm getting a new in-dash unit, any suggestions regarding that?

I usually have the phone docked above my dashboard to use as GPS. Would be nice to stream music via Bt, and also use hands-free voice dial.
