Bluetooth tether app

[Stranger220]

I'm looking for an app that would let me tether a non-android phone via Bluetooth to my Android tablet. In other words, a have a non-android phone with 3g and want to use that phone's internet via Bluetooth tethering on my android tablet. Any idea if there is an android app that supports something like this?

Well it would help if you told us what kind of phone this non-android phone is.
