Yes everyone has this problem. Restarting your phone will fix it for a while.

So it's a common RAZR HD problem? Damn! Just got a new system for my truck just so I could stream music from phone.

I know it sucks, I still use my Bluetooth headset all the time and it works fine. I restart my phone every day or two and that's enough to prevent the problem for me. I wish there was a smart action to restart automatically.

So do you have an aftermarket radio installed? I don't think Ford had bluetooth stereos in 1998...

Yes, a brand new Pioneer. My phone is the only device causing this problem. Other people's phones pair up fine with no skipping.
