Bluetooth windows 7 not connecting

Hi, really struggling with connecting and pairing the nexus with my win 7 64 bit laptop. I want to use ppt remote for presentations but can not set up bluetooth connection. It constantly says "paired but not connected". The laptop just says "the drivers for this device are not installed (code 28)". It does recognise my nexus one but won't pair. Tried adding extra COM ports after reading this support thread, Nexus won't connect via bluetooth - Android Help but to no avail.

Searched the similar threads on here too and still zilch

Any ideas?

Still at a loss for a solution, has anyone else had this problem connecting to Bluetooth on their PC? I'm hoping to use this for powerpoint presentations for work.

Please help
