Hi Nonajean and welcome to Android Forums!
I suppose it would help to know what you've tried first. Here are the common steps:
Make sure the Q7 is off.
Go into Settings --> Bluetooth and turn it on
When the EVO starts scanning for devices, turn on the Q7 and put it in pairing mode.
The EVO should detect it. Select and it should pair automatically.
