I moved your thread to the general forums for the S3
I don't use the phonebook for the S3 via bluetooth, so I cannot help you out, but hopefully someone else will know what to do for ya

When I first connected to my car via Bluetooth, a screen came up with two checkboxes -- if you check both, the phone will send data to the card head unit every time. If you left these unchecked, unfortunately, the Profile remembers this and does not offer them again. Remove the profile and re-pair from scratch. That should bring up the two streaming questions as part of setting up a new profile.
