where are the the bluetooth transfer files stored and how to delete them

They're saved on the external or internal sdcard, either in /storage/sdcard0/bluetooth or /storage/sdcard1/bluetooth. To delete them, just download some filemanager (Ghost commander or other one) and delete files in these folders.
