Blutooth transfer to Vista, Pic does not show up as JPG HELP !Hi, Hope someone can he

Hi,
Hope someone can help, When I tranfer a pic from my Desire via bluetooth to my vista laptop,
all i get in my pictures folder is a file. not a jpg file ( no Thumbnail pic) When i click on it, it asks what program I want to open it with.
all my pics open with Windows photo gallery. Why does it not convert straight to a jpg?

Are you sending the photo using the share function from within the photo album?

Also when you open the file (open with windows gallery or whatever) is it the full res photo?
