Blutooth :/

Hey I was wondering if you could play music FROM an android device TO a computer. I have a galaxy s2 rooted with a 4.1.2 firmware.
I've searched the whole forum for blutooth but I found nothing.
I have previously achieved this with an ipod touch but ave had no luck with my s2

I am using an S4 and Windows Vista 32 bit computer system. I can pair the devices but not play the sound from my phone to my PC.
