Root Bobz rom screen

Has anyone had the problem of this not turning off the screen all the way when screen is locked and should be off. Went from stock to Bobz Rom.

If you read the some of thread of the rom then you would know that its a common issue. Really sucks that our roms are buggy or incomplete
