I'm trying to find an app that is like Picfx for the iphone, but for android instead. I want to be able to add bokeh spots to my photos. I have been looking forever, and tried many different apps that say they have bokeh, when really they just blur the entire photo. I want to be able to touch the screen where I want to add the spots, and choose the size and transparency of the spots. I don't want to keep doing this on my computer, it is so much easier to edit on the go on my phone. Does anyone know how I can acheive this? Or if there is a way to get the Picfx iphone app for android?
