Bookmark folders

When I add a bookmark in my browser, the dialog box that pops up has a dropdown list of folders. I recall creating these in the past but can't remember how to create the folders. Can I get a hint please?
 
I'm not sure I've ever encountered a folders view of bookmarks. There's only the thumbnail and list views in the stock and Dolphin browsers that I know of.

When you long press on a bookmark, there's no option to copy to a folder, at least on Eclair.

Which browser are you using? And are you on 2.1 or 2.2?
