Bookmarks

I have just purchased a Galaxy S7 Edge and cannot transfer all the bookmarks from my previous phone, Sony Xperia S3. I have downloaded the Samsung Smart Switch app and have connected both phones and transferred all data. This included bookmarks, however when I've then opened up my S7 Edge they are still not there. I have also logged on with my Google account on the phone and tried to sync the bookmarks but this has alos failed to transfer them

Surely, it should be a very simple process so why isn't it???

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Depends. What browser were you using on the S3? And no it's not a simple process. Despite being both Android, the Sony Internet app is different from the one made by Samsung, and the app data may not have been made accessible to Smart Switch. You could try importing the bookmarks to Chrome, so that would sync across the devices.
